3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you:

5. Communication Policy
General orders do not include phone or Zoom communication.
If verbal meetings are required, we charge $400/hour.
Coaching calls must be used within 3 months of purchase; unused time expires after 12 months.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services that have begun or been delivered (such as manuscript editing, formatting, cover design, etc.) are non-refundable.
Creative services allow up to 3 revision rounds; extra revisions are charged at $300 each.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service access if:
You breach these Terms.
You fail to make payment for active services.
Upon termination, all rights to use our services cease immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, SOPs, and resources provided by Book Publishing Bureau are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, resell, or share any of our materials without prior written consent.
9. SOP Licensing Terms
SOP access is provided via annual or lifetime licensing.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute the SOPs.
Use content for external consulting.
Share access credentials.
10. Non-Solicitation Clause
You agree not to solicit or hire our employees, contractors, or partners during the service term and for one year thereafter. If violated, a penalty fee of the greater of $10,000 or the annual compensation of the individual will be charged.
11. Warranty & Disclaimers
Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no guarantees of publishing success or sales outcomes. You remain responsible for how you use or implement our advice and deliverables.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

16. Compliance for U.S. and EU Users
You confirm that you are not located in embargoed countries or on government-restricted lists.
EU users will benefit from any mandatory local consumer protection laws.
17. Severability & Waiver
If a clause is found invalid, it will be modified to match intent, and the rest of the Terms remain valid.
Waiver of a breach does not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
